Word of the week
This week's words were:
Musician of the Week
Ralph Vaughan Williams
Ralph Vaughan Williams was an English composer. His works include operas, ballets, chamber music, secular and religious vocal pieces and orchestral compositions including nine symphonies, written over sixty years. Strongly influenced by Tudor music and English folk-song, his output marked a decisive break in British music from its German-dominated style of the 19th century.
On Tuesday 11th February, our mixed netball team hosted our neighbours Coppetts Wood. The whole team had a superb match and we thrashed our friendly rivals 9-1! Brilliant. Well done team, who are having a scintillating season so far.
A reminder to all parents, please refrain from sending your children with smart watches. Even though they may not connect to the internet, the watches can still take pictures.
Any children found with these watches will have them confiscated, and given back at the end of the day.
SEE YOU ALL BACK ON THE MONDAY 24TH OF FEBRUARY.
