Year 2 trip to Synagogue
On Tuesday Year Two had a lovely trip to Muswell Hill Synagogue where we found out lots of information about Jewish people and how they practise their religion. We had a chance to unroll the Torah and read it from back to front (in Hebrew !).
We also learnt how to write our names in Hebrew and we had a look around the synagogue trying to spot different symbols and signs. It was beautiful ! Everyone there was very kind and welcoming and they even gave us grape juice and biscuits at the end of our trip.
