This Week Early years, KS1 and KS2 (but not year 6 yet) have taken part in their sports and fun day. Thank you to Miss Staff for organising the events and to all you who took part. We hear the parents are just as competitive as the children. We hope you all enjoyed it as much as the children did. Year 6 get their opportunity next Wednesday at 1.15pm
Reception and Year 1 took part in an oral health workshop this week. We hope they came home showing you the correct way to brush your teeth.
Hudnall Park—Year 4 residential trip
Year 4 had the most exhilarating time in Hudnall Park. The children took part in building a go kart , flying across a zip wire , enjoying the challenge of orienteering and building dens inspired by Andy Goldsworthy. The Hudnall Park team were impressed with the behaviour; with the children being mature and organised during their overnight stay. Well done Year 4!
Year 2 got to experience the role of fabulous resident bee keeper Richard.
As you can see Victor is following in dad’s footsteps and doing a great job in looking after our bees. The rest of year 2 watched all that was happening from the safe distance. Richard was collecting their honey which is being sold at tomorrow’s summer fair.
